L&L Drywall & Construction Inc. is a small construction company formed from the merger of L&L Drywall and L&L Construction. The company has successfully operated in the Fayetteville area for the past 30 years working on both small and large scale construction, repair, and alteration projects focusing on commercial contracting.

Mr. Clayton Locklear, who had worked in the residential construction business for ten years, began his own company, L&L Drywall Co. Inc. in 1976 in the Fayetteville area. For the next eight years the company grew slowly, working mostly on small scale commercial projects while gaining a reputation for quality services and reliability. L&L Drywall Co. In 2004 the original company was merged with, L&L Construction and the company began to bid successfully for larger scale projects as L&L Drywall & Construction Inc. L&L Drywall & Construction Co., Inc. is an S-Corporation registered in the state of North Carolina.

Mr. David Locklear an accomplished general contractor with extensive progressive experience-gained valuable knowledge from positions that included bidding jobs, foreman, field engineer, superintendent, and is currently the business owner. Climbing the corporate ladder David, has been the owner of L&L Drywall & Construction Inc. since 2004. The Company plans to use its existing contacts and the combined customer base of Mr. Locklear to generate commercial contracts. Its long-term profitability will rely on focusing on commercial contracts that will be obtained through strategic alliances and a comprehensive marketing program.
